Arsenal defender Ben White has insisted he does not hate football, despite previously saying he dislikes watching it.
“No (I don’t hate watching football). It’s a big thing. There are a lot of things I’ve said in the past, I can barely remember any of it,” White said.
“For me it’s not a big deal. The reason I said before is that training, when you have to watch videos every day to analyse the สมัคร ufabet game, it’s hard. So when I go home I just want to forget about it. I almost change the channel when I turn on the TV and see football.”
“(My dog) is my life, so take football out of the picture and when I come home, my mum and dad don’t talk to me about it, they try to make it not my job when I’m home.”
“People think I don’t love football, which I certainly don’t watch in my free time, but I can tell you almost anything about every winger I’ve faced or the skills I’ve had to deal with at the weekend.”
“Playing right back, you have to face a lot of good left wingers. Every game, they are top players. If you look at every team, they have good stars.”
Back in 2021, White revealed that he dislikes watching football and would not consider playing the sport again once he retires.
